مقایسه اثر ضد باکتریایی عصاره اتانولی برگ گیاه Mentha longifolia (L.) Hud. در رویشگاههای مختلف شمال ایران

چکیده

عفونت‌های ادراری و مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی در دنیا رو به افزایش است. در این میان نقش فرآورده‌های گیاهی به واسطه داشتن طیف وسیعی از ترکیبات زیستی فعال و طبیعی بسیار با اهمیت است. پونه کوهی (Mentha longifolia (L.) Hud.) یکی از گیاهان دارویی معطر است که در طب سنتی برای درمان عفونت‌های مجاری ادرار استفاده می‌شود. در این تحقیق اثرات ضدباکتریایی غلظت‌های مختلف عصاره اتانولی برگ‌های پونه کوهی جمع‌آوری شده از رویشگاه‌های زیارت (استان گلستان)، آلاشت و ییلاق دو هزار (استان مازندران) با دو روش انتشار دیسک و چاهک، علیه چهار باکتری مولد عفونت مجاری ادراری (اشریشیا کلی، استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس، استافیلوکوکوس اپیدرمیدیس و استافیلوکوکوس ساپروفیتیکوس) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت، تا رویشگاه بهینه با بهترین اثرا ضد باکتریایی گیاه معرفی گردد. یافته‌ها نشان داد، عصاره اتانولی برگ پونه جمع‌آوری شده از هر سه رویشگاه اثر مهاری خوبی بر رشد باکتری‌های گرم مثبت داشت، اما در رویشگاه‌های آلاشت (1683 متر) و ییلاق دو هزار (117 متر) نسبت به رویشگاه زیارت (915 متر) به‌صورت معنی‌داری نتایج بهتری مشاهده شد (در سطح یک درصد). به‌طوری که در این رویشگاه‌ها، تقریباً 100 درصد سویه‌های استافیلوکوکوس منتخب نسبت به عصاره حساسیت نشان دادند. لذا ضمن تایید استفاده سنتی از پونه کوهی جهت درمان عفونت‌های مجاری ادرار می‌توان بیان داشت هنگام استفاده از یک گیاه دارویی در درمان نوع خاصی از بیماری باید به رویشگاه آن نیز توجه نمود تا بهترین اثر درمانی حاصل شود.
