بررسی و مقایسه خصوصیات ریختی، محتوای فنل کل و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی جمعیت‌های مختلف سه گونه از گیاه دارویی Prangos spp در رویشگاه‌های مختلف استان‌های فارس، کهگیلویه و بویراحمد

چکیده

جنس جاشیر (Prangos Lindl.) متعلق به تیره چتریان است و 15 گونه از آن در ایران وجود دارد. جاشیر گیاهی دارویی و بومی نواحی جنوبی ایران است که در طب سنتی در درمان بسیاری از اختلالات گوارشی مورد استفاده است. این تحقیق به‌منظور بررسی تنوع مورفولوژیکی، محتوای فنل کل و فعالیت آنتی­اکسیدانی 18 جمعیت متعلق به سه گونه Prangos acaulis،Prangos platychloena و Prangos ferulaceaدر بهار و تابستان 1397 در دو استان فارس و کهگیلویه و بویراحمد به‌صورت طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی انجام شد. برای بررسی صفات مورفولوژیکی در زمان گلدهی از هر رویشگاه، تعداد 10 نمونه گیاهی کامل انتخاب و 15 صفت کمی و 39 صفت کیفی برای هر جمعیت بررسی شد. میزان فنل کل با روش فولین-سیکالتو و میزان فعالیت آنتی­اکسیدانی با استفاده از ظرفیت مهار رادیکال‌های DPPH ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که تنوع زیادی در بین جمعیت­­ها وجود دارد. تجزیه خوشه­ای جمعیت­های مورد مطالعه را به سه گروه مجزا تقسیم کرد. در گونه Prangos acaulisجمعیت شماره 14 آن به لحاظ صفات مورفولوژیکی بر دیگرجمعیت­های این گونه برتری داشت. بیشترین فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی (05/93 درصد) و فنل کل (84/8 میلی­گرم معادل گالیک اسید در هر گرم وزن­تر) در بین جمعیت­های این گونه به‌ترتیب مربوط به جمعیت­های 14 و 8 بود و همچنین در گونه Prangos platychloenaبیشترین فعالیت آنتی­اکسیدانی و میزان فنل کل به‌ترتیب در جمعیت­های شماره 7 به میزان (72/95 درصد) و 15 (25/10 میلی­گرم معادل گالیک اسید در هر گرم وزن­تر) مشاهده شد. به‌طورکلی در بین سه گونه بیشترین میزان فنل کل و فعالیت آنتی­اکسیدانی در جمعیت 18 متعلق به گونه Prangos ferulaceaگزارش گردید. جمعیت­های 5، 6، 7 و 8 از استان فارس، 11 و 13 از استان‌های کهگیلویه و بویراحمد از هر سه گونه گیاهی از نظر صفات مورفولوژیک مورد ارزیابی، مطلوب بوده به‌طوری­که می‌تواند در برنامه­های اصلاحی و اهلی کردن این جمعیت‌ها مورد توجه قرارگیرند.
