اتنوبوتانی گیاهان دارویی بومی در مناطق زاغه و بیرانشهر، استان لرستان، ایران

چکیده

چکیده
این تحقیق با هدف جمع آوری، پراکنش، شناسایی و موارد استفاده از گیاهان دارویی در مناطق زاغه و بیرانشهر به اجرا در آمد. با توجه به ضرورت شناخت گونه­های دارویی، با استفاده از پرسشنامه­هایی، اطلاعات افراد بومی این مناطق در زمینه استفاده از گیاهان دارویی جمع آوری گردید و پس از انتقال نمونه‌ها به هرباریوم دانشگاه لرستان برای هر گونه­ گیاهی، موارد مصرف دارویی و مطابقت مصارف سنتی آنها با سایر منابع معتبر موجود تدوین گردید. براساس نتایج بدست آمده، 218 گونه دارویی از 55 خانواده شناسایی شد که از این تعداد، 35 گونه مربوط به خانواده Asteraceae، 21 گونه مربوط بهFabaceae ، 19 گونه مربوط به Lamiaceae، 15 گونه مربوط به Liliaceae، 11 گونه مربوط به Rosacea، 10 گونه مربوط بهBrassicaceae ، 9 گونه مربوط به‌Apiacea ، 7 گونه مربوط به تیره  Poaceaeو بقیه از سایر خانواده­های مختلف می­باشند. در بین 218 گونه­ معرفی شده تعداد 110 گونه برای اکثر مردم مناطق مورد مطالعه شناخته شده در سطح وسیعی کاربرد داشتند. بیشترین موارد مصرف گیاهان دارویی در زمینه اتنوبوتانی به‌ترتیب مربوط به رفع مشکلات گوارشی (36 درصد)، تنفسی (16 درصد)، کاهش قندوچربی خون (10درصد)، بیماری­های دستگاه ادراری (8 درصد)، بیماری­های پوستی (5 درصد)، مشکلات دهان و دندان (5 درصد)، بیماری‌های چشمی (2 درصد) مشاهده شد. ارزیابی نتایج نشان داد که تنوع گسترده­ای از گیاهان دارویی در مناطق بیرانشهر و زاغه وجود دارد که کاربردهای درمانی آنها در طب سنتی ایران رایج است و پژوهش پیرامون این گیاهان دارویی می­تواند آغازگر راهی برای کشف داروهای جدید در عرصه درمان باشد.
